Aim lab apex12/31/2023 ![]() Yes everyone says, either use it as full in practice, and then take a break or as warm up. Aim lab gives you the ability to practice, and to build muscle memory without having to compete. Not, I am decent in aimlab (my scores are getting better), why am i not improving in Apex or game of choice. What is important with aim lab is to use it as a tool. something like clicking targets closer together rather than zig zagging across long distances will literally double your score. Small things, like just how you are interpreting the visual information in your head, can drastically improve your timings. Figure out what mechanics you utilize that help increase your score and try to focus on that. You will notice serious gains after months of training.Īlso, keep in mind that if you are not training with a "coach", then you need to pay attention to what lessons you learn from each type of exercise. There are so many small things you can do to progress at aim lab. This can be as simple as rolling up your sleeves, getting good posture on your chair, making sure you are sitting at the right height, etc etc. If you are not seeing improvements in your Aim Lab Scores, then you need to do something differently. Then remember the game isn’t about aiming it’s about a lot of things aiming is only half the battle. Do a quick hot drop to adjust to the game where you just try to hit people with shots. My advice use aim lab as a warm up find your peak and when you’re about to hit it swap. You can get carried by a decent stabilizer with pretty bad aim if your positioning is good. It’s just a hard shooter that’s dependent on attachments more so than raw skill. Sometimes I feel like a laser beam other times a potato. I will say Apex is wildly different than most shooters. So when you swap you shouldn’t be thinking I can hit this flick it should be my placement is good, and my aim fundamentals are solid and I’m ready. It’s about holding good angles, crosshair placement, game sense, and recoil control if applicable. And while aim lab has allowed me to improve tracking and flicking playing games isn’t spider shot. Play a death match or just hot drop and use it to get used to those game models and the right setting.Īt the end of the day I care about Valorant, CS, Apex more than Aim lab. I do something of slow warm up, increase speed, increase speed and when I feel I’ve gotten pretty hot I swap to my game. You don’t want to get to Apex with your wrist and hand arm and brain tired. So if you’re going to game for 3 hours you put in 18~ minutes into aim lab before to warm up. I would say it should be a 5/95 or 10/90 split. Well how much time are you putting into Apex? You need to put more time into Apex than Aimlab. Am I doing something wrong here? Does this even work? It seems that there's a wall between Aimlab and Apex that stops me from transferring my aim in Aimlab to that in Apex. I still train every day, despite knowing that it doesn't help. ![]() In fact, it's hard for me to beat a newbie now. In fact, my aim in Apex even worsened, to the point that the ONLY way to get RP for me is to use Bloodhound's tactic to steal assists, or camping and wait for the inevitable. ![]() I didn't get better at Apex at all, my aim was still crap, I still emptied several mags in a row without landing a single hit, and I was still only good at being a punch bag. My aim was getting more accurate, my speed was getting faster, etc. Watching the high score getting better and better, I felt that I was truly improving.īut slowly I noticed something. I trained about 1~3 hours every day before playing Apex. When I started using Aimlab, I was completely new to FPS games, and my aim was well below average. Because my mouse pad is small, my mouse sensitivity has to be higher than average. I mostly played Spidershot(Ultimate/Speed/Precision), Decisionshot Ultimate, Microshot Ultimate, Gridshot Ultimate, and Strafetrack(Ultimate/Speed). I'm currently Ruby I in Aimlab / Plat IV in Apex. I started using Aimlab as an Apex Legends aim trainer about two weeks ago. I know 26 hours isn't a long time but, here you go.
